Ultreya: What it is, Schedules & Contacts

Ultreya is a Spanish word for "Keep on going!" or "Onward!"

It is a weekly or monthly gathering of Cursillistas in an area to share in prayer. At each gathering, one pre-determined member gives a witness talk about how our Lord is currently present in his or her life.

In addition, once a year a Grand Ultreya is held, a larger regional or Diocesan gathering, where Cursillistas join in worship and sharing their lives and the love of God. Grand Ultreyas are meetings of larger groups of people who have either participated in a Cursillo weekend or who might be interested in doing so. Here, Cursillistas pray, share, and enjoy fellowship with others so that their own faith and community can be built up.
